Dr Menik Priaminiarti, is a full-time faculty member in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Indonesia. She is a board-certified and registered specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (OMFR) in Indonesia.

She graduated from Faculty of Dentistry University of Indonesia in 1990 and in the year of 2005 she received the designation as Specialist of Dento Maxillofacial Radiology from Indonesian Dental Association and Council of Indonesian Dental Collegiums. She continued her education with doctoral degree also in the field of Dentistry and achieved her PhD degree in 2008 from University of Indonesia. In 2009 she passed Indonesian Collegium of Dento Maxillofacial Radiology qualification to be the Consultant of Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology Specialist.

She attended Group Training Course in Clinical Dentistry Faculty of Dentistry, Kyushu University,
Japan in 1995. In 2014, she received Fulbright Post-Doctoral Program Senior Research Award Program at Radiology and Imaging Science Department of Surgical/Hospital Dentistry University of Louisville. Her expertise includes radio diagnostic imaging.

She is an active member of both national and international professional scientific organizations. In national organizations, she became a member of Indonesian Dental Association since 1992 and joined Indonesian Dento Maxillofacial Radiology Association in 1996. She is active in international professional organization by becoming active member of International Association of Dento Maxillofacial Radiology (IADMFR) since 2005 and Asian Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (AAOMFR) since 2014. She was a 2019-2022 board member and Asia Regional Director of International Association of Dento Maxillofacial Radiology (IADMFR). She currently the co-Director of the International Association of Dento Maxillofacial Radiology (IADMFR) Asia Regional together with Prof. Naoya Kakimoto from Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Hiroshima University for the 2022-2026 term.

Her researches were published in peer-reviewed academic journals. She is a current thesis mentor for doctoral degree, magister, resident of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (OMFR) Program and undergraduate students at the Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Indonesia. She continued to be active in practicing her expertise as a radiologist at hospitals in Jakarta.
