DDS Bramma Kiswanjaya, Ph.D. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia, known as both an academic and a practitioner with a solid educational background and experience in dentistry. He earned his Dentist degree (drg.) from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia and continued his doctoral studies in Japan, obtaining a Ph.D. in Dentistry from Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU), broadening his insights and expertise in dental research and education.
His expertise focuses on dental radiology, with specific research interests in radiomorphometric imaging to assess bone quality and quantity, particularly in cases of degenerative and systemic diseases. Within the scope of teaching, he actively coordinates various courses, including Basic Radiology, Radiopathology, as well as topics surrounding benign and malignant neoplasms, and systemic diseases.
As an educator, he is widely recognized within the FKG UI academic environment for his ability to deliver material and mentor students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His dedication to teaching has made him one of the respected lecturers in his field.
He is also active in various professional organizations, including as a member of the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI), the Indonesian Association of Dental Radiology (IKARGI), and the International Association for Dentomaxillofacial Radiology (IADMFR). Additionally, he frequently serves as a speaker in national and international academic forums.
With a combination of academic excellence, dedication to teaching, and ongoing scientific contributions, he continues to play an active role in the development of dental science and practice, both nationally and internationally.
