The Conservative Dentistry Specialist Program at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia, is an educational program focused on the management of diseases and abnormalities of hard dental tissues, pulp tissue, and periradicular tissues. Education in this program encompasses preventive, promotive, curative, regenerative, and rehabilitative approaches to restore the function of the stomatognathic system comprehensively, in line with the latest developments in dental science and technology.
This program is organized based on the curriculum established by the Indonesian College of Conservative Dentistry, with a study period of 6 semesters (3 years) and a total credit load of 75 SKS (credits). Graduates of this program are expected to possess excellent clinical competence and be able to serve as educators, researchers, dental health service managers, and professional counselors in the field of conservative dentistry.

The Conservative Dentistry Specialist Program is one of the Specialist Education Programs in Dentistry that studies diseases/abnormalities of hard dental tissues, pulp tissue, and periradicular tissues, along with their preventive, promotive, curative, regenerative, and rehabilitative treatments, in an effort to restore stomatognathic function in accordance with the development of science and technology. To produce standardized graduates, the specialist dentistry program in Conservative Dentistry refers to the curriculum and study period established by the Indonesian College of Conservative Dentistry, thereby producing graduates who can act as professionals, clinicians, providers and managers of dental care centers, scientists/educators, and researchers, as well as counselors.
