The Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia (FKG UI) held a Complete Leadership Meeting (RAPIMKAP) on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the FKG UI Hall, Salemba Campus. This meeting was attended by the Dean and the leadership of FKG UI as a strategic forum in discussing the direction of future faculty development.
In this RAPIMKAP, one of the main agendas discussed was the government program related to accelerating the opening of specialist (Sp1) and subspecialist (Sp2) study programs. This discussion is important as part of FKG UI’s efforts to respond to national policies while strengthening its contribution to the development of advanced dental education in Indonesia.
In addition, the meeting also discussed the analysis of FKG UI rankings as part of the evaluation of institutional performance at the national and international levels. Through this analysis, faculty leaders discussed various strategies to improve the competitiveness and reputation of FKG UI in the global arena.
Another agenda included presentations and updates from each unit within FKG UI. This session became a forum to convey achievements, challenges, and future work plans to ensure synergy between units in supporting the achievement of faculty targets.
Through this RAPIMKAP, FKG UI hopes that all levels of leadership can continue to strengthen collaboration, align strategic steps, and encourage continuous innovation in the development of education, research, and community service, in order to realize FKG UI as a superior and globally competitive institution.
